Show me the most badass and/or obscure 4x4's on the planet.
Show me your Pajero's, patrols, gelandewagons, niva's, and god only knows what else.

There's actually one for sale near-ish to me (3 hours away) I kinda want to get it, even though I cannot afford another vehicle till I get rid of my Mazda, it's just cool as fuck.

Mitsubishi Pajero Jr Flying Pug . When equipped with Easy-Select 4WD, the Pajero Jr was proven to be pretty competent off road.
Then, they released this retro-styled version in '97, which proved to be a massive flop, of the 1,000 they planned to build, only 139 were actually made, and the vehicle received heavy criticism over the looks of it.
Acura SLX , a rebadged Isuzu Trooper. Likely the most obscure Acura ever made, and a pretty obscure SUV in general.
Unfortunately, no manual transmission was offered in the SLX. If you wanted that, you had to go with the Isuzu.

I used to own a manual trooper, a 92 to be specific. I loved that truck. Good blend of utility and functions. Still the only vehicle I've owned where I could push a button to pull in the side mirrors.

Is this even a question?

Up armored FMTV. Would usually have .50 cal, Mk.19 grenade launcher, or 7.62 M240 machine gun mounted on top. Despite looking top heavy, these have phenomenal off road capability.

Mega Track is pretty interesting and weird.
